Yes, always. If a therapist is free, we will look after you straight away. That said, evenings and weekends fill up quickly, so a quick WhatsApp message beforehand is the surest way to avoid waiting.

Five to ten minutes before your appointment is ideal. It gives you time to settle in, have a word with your therapist, and start your treatment unhurried — the way it should begin.

Plans change — we understand. If you booked online, your confirmation has a link that cancels the booking yourself, any time. Otherwise WhatsApp or call the branch as early as you can and we will move or cancel it without fuss. The earlier you tell us, the easier it is to offer your slot to another guest.

The core is shared — massage, foot therapy and pain-relief treatments are available at every branch. Each branch then adds services suited to its guests, and the women’s branch carries a fuller beauty menu. Browse the services pages, or ask us on WhatsApp and we will point you to the right branch.

Yes — our home services are for ladies, delivered by our all-female team across Sharjah, Ajman and Dubai, including a full home-hair menu. Message us on WhatsApp with your location and preferred time; we confirm availability, our specialist arrives with everything needed, and your home becomes the treatment room.

Completely. Rahmania Women’s is a fully independent ladies-only space with its own entrance, its own all-female team, and its own facilities. It shares nothing with the men’s branch beyond the building’s address. Privacy here is not a policy — it is how the space was designed.

Friends of the same gender can absolutely book together — just tell us on WhatsApp and we will arrange side-by-side or same-time sessions. For couples, our men’s and women’s branches are fully separate spaces, so you would each be looked after in your own branch. In Rahmania, the two branches sit in the same building, which makes a shared visit easy to plan.

There is on-site and nearby parking at all branches, so arriving is easy at any hour. If it is your first visit, message us on WhatsApp and we will send you directions and a pinned location straight to your phone.

We accept both cash and card at every branch. For home services, you can settle with the therapist at the end of your session the same way.

Every branch is open from 10:30 AM until midnight, including public holidays — except our two men’s branches on Fridays, which open at 1:30 PM. Late evenings are some of our calmest hours, if you prefer a quieter visit.

A warm welcome, a quiet space, and a short conversation before we begin — your therapist will ask about any aches, pressure preferences and areas to focus on or avoid. Then the room goes calm, and the full treatment time is yours. No rush, no upselling, no interruptions.

Whatever you are comfortable in. For massage treatments we provide everything you need, and you undress only to your own level of comfort — you are always properly draped. For foot and beauty treatments, everyday clothing is perfectly fine.
