Our Rahmania Women’s Branch in Sharjah is a full ladies-only beauty destination as well as a spa: a nail bar with dedicated manicure stations and arched pedicure lounges, Skeyndor facials from AED 250, waxing from AED 20 and threading from AED 15, brows and lashes from AED 50, hair services, and a Little Princess menu for young guests from AED 5. Nail care starts at AED 30. It is a fully independent space with its own entrance and an all-female team, sharing only a building address with the men’s branch, and it is open from 10:30 AM until midnight every day. It is a separate building from the Rahmania Men’s Branch, not a partitioned section of one.

Three things, concretely. First, separation: our men’s and ladies’ branches are independent spaces with their own entrances, teams and facilities — the women’s branch is a different building, not a partitioned wing. Second, depth of menu: more than 200 treatments, including specialist work most spas in Sharjah do not carry — Madero, cupping, fire treatment, lymphatic drainage, womb-lifting and postnatal massage, and Skeyndor facials. Third, hours and reach: every branch is open 10:30 AM to midnight daily, and we bring massage to homes across Sharjah, Ajman and Dubai for both men and women. We opened our first branch in Muweillah in December 2024 and now run three, licensed by Sharjah Municipality and approved by Civil Defence — with a fourth, for men, being prepared in Ajman.

For most back pain, deep-tissue massage is the right starting point: it works slowly through the deeper layers of muscle where chronic tension sits, rather than gliding over the surface. If your pain comes from training or a specific movement, sports massage is usually a better fit, and stretch massage helps where the issue is tightness and restricted movement rather than soreness. For lower back pain that travels down the leg, look at our sciatica and mobility guidance. Cupping is a common add-on for stubborn knots. Tell your therapist where it hurts and what makes it worse before the session starts — that conversation matters more than the name of the treatment. Deep tissue is available at all three Sharjah branches and as a home visit.

They have different goals. Relaxation massage uses flowing, even pressure across the whole body to calm the nervous system — you book it to switch off, sleep better and unwind, and it should never hurt. Deep-tissue massage uses slower, firmer, more targeted pressure on specific areas of chronic tension; it can feel intense while the therapist works through a knot, and you may notice some tenderness the next day, the way you would after exercise. If you want to feel calm, book relaxation. If you want a specific ache dealt with, book deep tissue. Reflexology is focused pressure work on the feet, and it is one of the treatments Sole Oasis is best known for — it is in our name. Sessions start at AED 75 and are available at all three Sharjah branches. It suits people who spend long hours standing or walking, anyone whose feet ache at the end of a day, and guests who want something deeply restful without a full-body massage. Many people find it calming well beyond the feet themselves. If you have never tried it, it is one of the easier treatments to start with: you stay clothed apart from your feet, and a session is shorter than a full-body massage.

Start with a relaxation or full-body massage, or hot stone if you feel the cold and like sustained warmth — the heat lets the therapist work more gently for the same effect. Reflexology is another good choice if a full-body massage feels like too much. For sleep specifically, an evening appointment tends to work better than a morning one, and we are open until midnight every day, so you can book a session that ends close to bedtime. Head, neck and shoulder massage helps if your tension sits mostly above the shoulders, which it often does for desk work and driving.

It depends on why you are coming. For general wellbeing and stress, once or twice a month suits most people. For a specific problem — persistent back pain, a recurring shoulder issue, recovery from heavy training — a shorter run of weekly or fortnightly sessions usually does more than the same number spread thinly over a year, and then you can space them out once things settle. That pattern is exactly why we sell multi-session packages, which cost less per session and track what you have left automatically. Your therapist will tell you honestly what they think you need; we would rather you came at the right interval than the most frequent one.

At Sole Oasis, massages start at AED 80 — that is a head, shoulder and back massage, and the same starting price applies at our men’s branches and our ladies’ branch. Reflexology and foot massage start at AED 75. Longer and specialist treatments such as deep tissue, hot stone, Madero and lymphatic drainage cost more, and full price lists are available as PDFs on every branch page or on WhatsApp. A home massage starts at AED 175, with a full 60-minute massage at home at AED 200. Yes, always. If a therapist is free, we will look after you straight away. That said, evenings and weekends fill up quickly, so a quick WhatsApp message beforehand is the surest way to avoid waiting.

Five to ten minutes before your appointment is ideal. It gives you time to settle in, have a word with your therapist, and start your treatment unhurried — the way it should begin.

Plans change — we understand. If you booked online, your confirmation has a link that cancels the booking yourself, any time. Otherwise WhatsApp or call the branch as early as you can and we will move or cancel it without fuss. The earlier you tell us, the easier it is to offer your slot to another guest.

Usually, yes. Same-day appointments are often available, especially in the morning and early afternoon; evenings and weekends fill first. The fastest way to find out is to book online — the live availability you see is real — or send a WhatsApp message to the branch you want. Walk-ins are welcome too, and if a therapist is free we will look after you straight away. We are open until midnight, so a late booking on the same day is very often possible.

Yes — call or WhatsApp the branch and we will book you with the therapist you ask for, subject to their schedule. Guests who come regularly for a specific issue often build a relationship with one therapist, and we think that is a good thing: they already know your back. Online booking assigns an available specialist rather than letting you pick, so for a named request, message us instead.

Friends can book together at the same branch and we will schedule you side by side where the rooms allow — just book both people in one go, or tell us on WhatsApp so we can arrange the timing. Because our men’s and ladies’ branches are entirely separate buildings and teams, a mixed couple cannot be treated in the same room; the usual arrangement is a home visit, where our men’s and ladies’ teams can both attend, or simultaneous appointments at the two Rahmania branches.

Completely. Rahmania Women’s is a fully independent ladies-only space with its own entrance, its own all-female team, and its own facilities. It shares nothing with the men’s branch beyond the building’s address. Privacy here is not a policy — it is how the space was designed.

Friends of the same gender can absolutely book together — just tell us on WhatsApp and we will arrange side-by-side or same-time sessions. For couples, our men’s and women’s branches are fully separate spaces, so you would each be looked after in your own branch. In Rahmania, the two branches sit in the same building, which makes a shared visit easy to plan.

There is on-site and nearby parking at all branches, so arriving is easy at any hour. If it is your first visit, message us on WhatsApp and we will send you directions and a pinned location straight to your phone.

We have three branches, all in Sharjah. Muweillah Men’s Branch is in Muwaileh Commercial, beside University City — it was our first, opened in December 2024. Rahmania Men’s Branch is in Al Rahmania and is our largest. Rahmania Women’s Branch is also in Al Rahmania, in a separate building from the men’s branch, with its own entrance and an all-female team. All three are open 10:30 AM to midnight daily, and each branch page carries a map link, phone number and WhatsApp number. A fourth branch, for men, is being prepared in Al Hamidiya 2, Ajman — it is not open and not taking bookings yet, and we will announce the date once it is confirmed. We have no branch in Dubai, but our home-service team visits Dubai and Ajman alike.

Muweillah Men’s Branch, in Muwaileh Commercial, is the one beside University City — it is our original branch and the closest option for students and residents in that area. It is a men’s branch. Ladies in the University City area are looked after at our Rahmania Women’s Branch, a short drive away in Al Rahmania, or by our home-service team, which covers the whole of Sharjah including Muwaileh.

In Ajman, soon — not yet. Our four branches today are the three in Sharjah, plus a men’s branch in Al Hamidiya 2, Ajman, which we have taken on and are preparing. It is not open and is not taking bookings; we will announce the opening date here once it is confirmed. In Dubai we have no branch. Meanwhile our home-service team travels to homes across Dubai and Ajman as well as Sharjah, for both men and women, daily from 10:30 AM until midnight. Ajman is charged at the same rates as Sharjah; Dubai visits carry a small travel supplement, always confirmed on WhatsApp before we set out. Home treatments start at AED 175, and a full 60-minute massage at home is AED 200.

We accept both cash and card at every branch. For home services, you can settle with the therapist at the end of your session the same way.

No. Tipping is entirely optional at Sole Oasis and never expected — our therapists are paid properly, and nothing about your treatment changes either way. If you would like to leave something for a therapist who looked after you well, you are welcome to, in cash or added at the desk.

Every branch is open from 10:30 AM until midnight, including public holidays — except our two men’s branches on Fridays, which open at 1:30 PM. Late evenings are some of our calmest hours, if you prefer a quieter visit.

A warm welcome, a quiet space, and a short conversation before we begin — your therapist will ask about any aches, pressure preferences and areas to focus on or avoid. Then the room goes calm, and the full treatment time is yours. No rush, no upselling, no interruptions.

Whatever you are comfortable in. For massage treatments we provide everything you need, and you undress only to your own level of comfort — you are always properly draped. For foot and beauty treatments, everyday clothing is perfectly fine.

Yes — every Sole Oasis branch in Sharjah is open until midnight, seven days a week, including public holidays. We open at 10:30 AM, except at our two men’s branches on Fridays, where we open at 1:30 PM. Late evening is genuinely one of our calmest windows, and last appointments are taken so the treatment finishes by closing, so if you want an 11 PM massage, message or book earlier in the day and we will hold the slot.

Yes to both. We open every day of the year, public holidays included. The one exception to our normal hours is Friday at the two men’s branches, which open at 1:30 PM instead of 10:30 AM and still close at midnight. Rahmania Women’s Branch keeps 10:30 AM to midnight on Fridays as on every other day.
