Massage & Body Therapy
Lymphatic Drainage Massage
Duration: 45–60 minutes
Lymphatic drainage is unlike any other massage on our menu. The lymphatic system sits just beneath the skin, so the strokes are deliberately light — slow, rhythmic, wave-like movements that follow the direction of lymph flow toward the body’s natural drainage points. Guests expecting deep pressure are often surprised; guests who understand the technique come back for exactly this lightness.
It is commonly sought for water retention, post-travel puffiness and heaviness in the legs, and as a gentle companion to slimming and body-contouring routines. Many of our postnatal guests also pair it with their recovery programme once their doctor approves massage.
Offered as a dedicated session at our branches and as a home service. At Sole Oasis it is often combined with madero therapy in contouring-focused programmes.

FAQs
Common questions
Why is the pressure so light?
The lymphatic vessels sit just under the skin. Deep pressure bypasses them entirely — the lightness is the technique, not a lack of it.
Will I see a difference after one session?
Many guests notice their legs and face feel lighter and less puffy the same day. Lasting change comes from a short course of sessions alongside hydration and movement.
Is it suitable after giving birth?
Yes, and it is a popular part of postnatal recovery — once your doctor has cleared you for massage, typically after your postnatal check-up.
Lymphatic or madero — which should I choose for contouring?
They complement each other: madero works the tissue firmly to sculpt, lymphatic encourages the drainage that follows. Many guests alternate the two.
