Massage & Body Therapy

Head, Neck & Shoulder Massage

Duration: 30–60 minutes

If you spend your days at a desk, behind a wheel or over a phone, this is the massage your body has been requesting. The session concentrates entirely on the head, neck, shoulders and upper back — the corridor where posture-related tension accumulates fastest — using kneading, sustained pressure on trigger points and slow stretching of the neck muscles.

Because nothing is spent on areas that do not need it, thirty minutes here often achieves more than a full hour of general massage for upper-body tension. The 60-minute version adds unhurried, repeated passes over the same territory, letting stubborn knots release in layers.

Available at all three branches and as a home service — one of our most-booked treatments, and for many regulars the fixed appointment that keeps a desk week bearable.

FAQs

Common questions

Is 30 minutes really enough?

For focused upper-body tension, yes — every minute is spent where you need it. Choose 60 minutes for chronic, long-standing tightness.

Can it help my headaches?

Tension-type headaches often trace to tight neck and shoulder muscles, and guests commonly report fewer and milder headaches with regular sessions. Persistent headaches should always be checked by a doctor.

Seated or on the table?

Either, depending on branch and preference — the table allows deeper, slower work; the chair is quick and practical.
