Men’s Recovery Add-Ons

Cupping Therapy

Duration: Add-on to any massage session

Cupping has been practised for centuries across Middle Eastern and East Asian traditions, and remains one of the most requested therapies at our men’s branches. Cups placed on the skin create gentle suction that lifts the tissue — the opposite action to massage pressure — drawing blood flow to the area and helping tight, congested muscles release.

At Sole Oasis, cupping is offered as an add-on woven into your massage session, most often across the back and shoulders after the muscles have been warmed. The characteristic circular marks are not bruises in the ordinary sense; they are temporary and typically fade within three to ten days.

Many guests combine cupping with deep tissue or sports massage in a single appointment — the massage works the muscle, the cups decompress it. It is a pairing our regulars swear by after heavy training weeks.

FAQs

Common questions

Is this hijama (wet cupping)?

No — we practise dry cupping only: suction without any incision. It is a massage-therapy technique, not a medical blood-letting procedure.

Do the marks hurt?

The marks themselves are painless — a sign of drawn blood flow, not injury. They fade naturally within three to ten days.

Can I book cupping on its own?

Cupping is offered as an add-on to a massage session, because tissue responds best once warmed. Ask for it when booking any massage at our men’s branches.

What about the fire treatment and acupuncture add-ons?

Fire treatment applies controlled, penetrating warmth along the muscles; acupuncture needles target specific points. Both are available as add-ons at men’s branches — your therapist can advise the right combination.
