All treatments, at our branches and at home, are subject to therapist availability. Menus and prices may change from time to time; the price confirmed at booking is the price you pay. Home services are available across Sharjah, Ajman and Dubai.
Booking and arrival
Bookings can be made on this website, via WhatsApp, by phone or through Fresha, and walk-ins are welcome when a therapist is free. Please arrive a few minutes early; if you are running late, let us know via WhatsApp as early as possible and we will do our best to adjust. Arriving very late may shorten your treatment so the next guest is not kept waiting.
Your health, your responsibility to tell us
Please tell your therapist before treatment about any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, recent surgery, or pregnancy. This lets us adapt the treatment safely — or advise you honestly when a treatment is not suitable. We rely on what you tell us, so please be complete.
Right to refuse service
Our therapists work in a calm, respectful environment, and we protect that for everyone. We reserve the right to decline or end a treatment in cases of inappropriate behaviour towards our team, or where we believe a treatment would be unsafe for you. This is rare — and we always handle it with courtesy.
Wellness, not medical care
Our treatments are wellness and relaxation services provided by trained, certified therapists. They are not medical care, and they do not diagnose, treat or cure any medical condition. If you have a health concern, please consult a doctor. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the treatment concerned, except where UAE law provides otherwise.
Gift options and promotions
Gift options are arranged via WhatsApp and are redeemable for services at our branches; they cannot be exchanged for cash. Promotional offers carry their own stated conditions and dates, and cannot be combined unless we say otherwise.
Governing law
Sole Oasis is licensed by Sharjah Municipality and operates under the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Sharjah, which govern these terms. Any matter we cannot resolve together amicably — our strong preference — falls to the competent courts of Sharjah.
